OMEGA™ Website Terms of Service

These OMEGA Website Terms of Service (“Website Terms”) govern the delivery, hosting, and use of websites built and managed on the OMEGA platform, provided by Sky 1 Technologies (“Provider,” “we,” “us”).

By purchasing, accessing, or using an OMEGA Website, Client (“you,” “your”) agrees to these Website Terms. Payment of any invoice constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

1. Scope of Website Services

An OMEGA Website is a website delivered as an access-based service hosted and managed on the OMEGA platform.

Depending on the agreed scope, services may include:

  • Website design and layout
  • Page creation and content placement
  • Hosting and platform access
  • Ongoing technical maintenance

Specific features, layouts, or functionality may vary by project and plan.

2. Access-Based Website License

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use your website on the OMEGA platform while your account remains active and paid.

The website framework, platform, templates, and underlying systems remain the property of Sky 1 Technologies. Website access is contingent upon active hosting and platform billing.

3. Hosting Requirement

OMEGA Websites are hosted exclusively on the OMEGA platform.

  • Hosting is required to keep the website live.
  • Cancellation or non-payment of hosting or platform fees may result in the website being taken offline.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or uptime.

4. Content Ownership and Responsibility

You retain ownership of your business content, including text, images, logos, and media you provide.

You are responsible for:

  • The accuracy and legality of all content
  • Securing rights or licenses for provided materials
  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

We are not responsible for claims arising from client-supplied content.

5. Website Transferability

OMEGA Websites are not freely transferable like self-hosted WordPress sites.

  • The website is built and delivered within the OMEGA platform ecosystem.
  • Upon cancellation, access to the hosted website will be removed.
  • Content export may be provided at our discretion and is not guaranteed to preserve layout, functionality, or design.

6. Fees and Payments

Website services may include one-time setup, design, or launch fees, as well as ongoing hosting or platform fees.

All fees are due according to the invoice terms. Unless otherwise stated, setup and launch fees are non-refundable and hosting fees are billed in advance.

7. No Performance Guarantees

We do not guarantee search engine rankings, traffic volume, leads, sales, conversions, or marketing performance.

Any examples or references are illustrative only.

8. Modifications and Platform Changes

OMEGA is an evolving platform. We reserve the right to update website features, modify hosting environments, or improve or discontinue platform components.

Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of these changes.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate website access for non-payment, violation of these Terms, misuse, unlawful activity, or actions that jeopardize platform stability.

Upon termination, website access may be removed.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OMEGA Websites are provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the prior three (3) months.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Website Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted at this URL.

Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
